Customs and Import Taxes

Since customs and import taxes vary depending on the destination country, price, and type of goods, Meerklang cannot reasonably calculate their exact amount in advance.

Please contact your nearest customs office before purchasing.

Shipping

We ship our instruments and accessories to Germany, Europe, and worldwide. However, our webshop only allows orders from Germany and Europe, as shipping costs to all other countries must be calculated individually. Please contact us if your country is outside of Europe.

Payment methods are prepayment via bank transfer, PayPal, and invoice.

We ship ordered items within 2-3 weeks of receiving payment.

The amount to be transferred (merchandise value + shipping costs) and our bank details can be found in the order confirmation email, which is automatically sent after you submit your order.

 

Shipping costs (postage and packaging) are as follows:

Germany:
€15 for items under 120 cm in length
€25 for items over 120 cm in length
Europe:
€45 flat rate
All other countries:
€80 for items under 120 cm in length
€120 for items over 120 cm and under 155 cm in length
